  • Leading a painting team to complete high quality jobs on budget

  • Painting Residential homes across the North Shore, West Vancouver, Vancouver, Squamish and Whistler

  • Scraping, sanding and priming full houses to prepare them for a painting finish

  • Engaging in active Job site Marketing for every neighbourhood we enter

  • Working with clients throughout the job process to ensure an excellent customer

      experience is delivered

  • Planning, executing and facilitating team goal setting meetings in the mornings

  • Preparing job action plans, confirming the order of operations for work to be to completed

  • Coordinating people and project deliverables to the crew

  • Managing supply expenses and finance activities to track and analyze the budget

  • Taking full ownership of your job sites, and collecting before and after photos for every single job done

  • Continuously learning and aspiring to be a better leader for your team and your community

  • A very strong work ethic, professionalism, a Love of people

  • 2+ years’ experience working in a physical hands on, high autonomy environment.

  • Experience working outside with your hands

  • Management experience in any field

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication

  • Strong skills using Excel, G Suite, Power Point and Project Management Systems

  • Passion for continued improvement and sharing best practices​

  • Previous experience in a high growth environment is strongly preferred.

  • Experience working with and preferably leading a team

  • An entrepreneurial spirit.

  • Outgoing personality, able to connect with and direct other people effectively

  • Ability to lead teams and motivate others

  • Ability to set and hit goals

  • Comfortable with heights and ladder work is a must!


Base Wage: $21-$30/hour + BONUSESPerformance based compensation
