We specialize in exterior and interior residential and commercial repaints and beautiful stain finishing.

COMPENSATION
Base Wage: $20-$30/hour + BONUSES. Performance based compensationThere is plenty of room for advancement in this role for the right candidate.** Wage dependent on experience

YOUR DAY TO DAY
- Scraping, sanding and priming full houses to prepare them for a painting finish
- Completing high quality jobs on budget
- Working with clients to ensure an excellent customer experience is delivered throughout the project
- Managing supply expenses and keeping track of the project budgets
- Thorough job site clean ups at the end of each day
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
A very strong work ethic, professionalism, a love for people
Previous experience in a high growth environment is strongly preferred
Experience working with teams
Ability to set and hit goals
Comfortable with heights and ladder work is a must!
