1. INITIAL CALL TO OUR SERVICE CENTER:
Our Customer Service Representative has taken notes on your project, and scheduled you for a Free, no obligation consultation with the Colour Craft Sales Representative.
2. INTRODUCTION PHONE CALL
You should expect a call from our Sales Representative a few days prior to your scheduled on site estimate. The purpose of this call is to get a clear understanding of your needs, what’s important to you, your vision for the project, and your basic timeline. In the introduction call we can also clarify the basic job scope, and paint the picture for you around what to expect during the estimate meeting.
3. THE ESTIMATE
We will come to your home at a time that is convenient for you and prepare a detailed and accurate service proposal according to your personal needs. The proposal is then presented to you and anyone else who may be involved in the decision.
Working with you, our Sales Representative will confirm the logistics of your project with a physical site walk through, show you product samples, talk design, set price and payment terms, outline availability and scheduling, and get you ready for your next steps! To Prepare: Please have a focused 1 hour time slot, and your budgetary expectations thought through.
