PROFESSIONAL PAINTING COMPANY
MEET Brad Samuels
Division Manager : Squamish & Whistler
My name is Brad Samuels, I am the team leader at Colour Craft Painting. I was born and raised in Richmond BC, and I studied finance and marketing at the University of Northern BC. In my early 20’s I developed an interest in business and home services, and in my first year of university I was recruited by a franchise painting company. My experience with running a franchise painting division, allowed me to develop core fundamental business skills and invaluable hands-on customer service experience. I proceeded to manage teams and paint 100's of houses for the next 10 years.
What I have learned is that service is about how people feel throughout the whole process. It's not just an end product. Having a brand you enjoy is a part of that experience.
MEET Jesse Teron
Division Manager : White Rock & Surrey
Jesse was born and raised in Red Deer, Alberta. His University education took him to Victoria, BC where he got his undergraduate degree in Entrepreneurship while playing on the UVic Men’s golf team. During his time at
University, he got recruited to run a Painting Franchise where he learned everything he knows today about the industry. In just three years time, his team completed more than 350 projects around the Victoria area while employing
more than 100 people. Not only did he run one of the largest franchises, but also won several awards for quality and customer care.
Since building his painting franchise, Jesse has been involved heavily in the software space working remotely, and travelling the world. He’s returning to the painting world to have more impact on his local community. He is beyond excited to have a local team, meet homeowners, and help homeowners have the house of their dreams.
In his free time, you can find Jesse golfing, running, playing hockey, working out skiing, or playing pretty much any other sport you can imagine while spending
time with his girlfriend and friends.

MEET Dave Scarfone
JOB Site Manager : Squamish
David Scarfone was born and raised in Oakville ON, and currently resides in Squamish BC. Growing up playing many sports, David had fully emerged in fun team/community atmospheres. David moved to Wolfville NS after high school, and graduated at Acadia University, with a bachelor in Community Development. Throughout his time there he learnt about the importance of community cohesiveness, and how to effectively engage and facilitate with different community leaders. After moving back home from University, David worked as a full time personal trainer, which allowed for him to feel engaged with his community, while still enjoying his passions in health and fitness. David took the next step when he moved to Squamish BC in 2018. With the change David was able to explore the outdoors and engage in his hobbies of skiing, and mountain biking. While in Squamish David worked and managed a cafe, as well as worked as a painter, both which allowed him to connect with his community. Through his lessons learnt over the past few years, David has decided to dedicate himself to the painting trade, where he will continue to engage with different communities, and help build strong production teams filled with leaders and learners in the painting trade.
