Vancouver special. A quick flip from old school to modern. Wash, Prime, Paint, Photo
This was a very technical job that required a ton of prep on all the window frames prior to a fine sand and a stain finish. A bit over budget, but an excellent finish product with super high quality Benjamine Moore products!
A bunch of stucco patching and a couple of thick coats using elastomeric Paint. Most appropriate solution for bonding this old crumbly stucco together. Front facia needed some wood repair prior to prime and paint.
Full project went super smoothly. Just the yellow door took 9 coats to cover over the original white! Really fun look though :)
