YOUR DAY TO DAY

Overseeing and coordinating residential painting projects from start to finish
-
Leading, mentoring, and developing crews to ensure quality and growth
-
Scheduling and managing project timelines, resources, and materials
-
Communicating with homeowners, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure expectations are clear
-
Troubleshooting issues on-site and proactively solving problems
-
Tracking progress and reporting to leadership to keep projects on budget and on schedule
-
Maintaining all project documentation and ensuring smooth handoff between sales and production teams
-
Ensuring every project meets our obsession for quality work

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership, coordination, or project management role
-
A strong work ethic, professionalism, and a commitment to excellence

Outstanding verbal and written communication skills — you are a natural communicator

Must have a valid driver’s license and vehicle
-
Basic Word and Excel experience
-
A natural leader who can motivate, organize, and support crews effectively
-
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to keep projects on track under pressure
-
A proven background in setting and hitting goals

$55,000 – $120,000+ per year
